What are your payment methods and payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and Trade Assurance. For orders, we require a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. Sample orders require 100% payment before production.

Yes, we support OEM/ODM orders. You can send us your design and requirement for cost evaluation. Custom packaging and gift boxes are also fully supported.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We ship via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, and ePacket. Express delivery takes about 15 working days, while ePacket generally takes 15 to 60 days depending on the destination.
